The Threaded Zebra Agency needed copywriting support for a website makeover project for a real estate client. In communication with the agency, we agreed that the existing copy on the old website details page needed refreshed with a bit of TLC.

I enjoyed the creative challenge of taking a straight-forward list of details and stepping back to think about the story that this page needed to tell. How should readers feel when they visit the page? This was a chance to welcome people into their new home, to share the journey of this development project, and to communicate the heart behind the beauty of this desirable Pacific Northwest community.

After research on common industry terms for real estate development, I transformed stale copy into an inviting page that motivates sales with the details of the luxury and warmth offered from Pacifica at Rogue Reef homes. (Even I felt ready to reserve my home immediately!)
